Share Publications with others

Sharing Options

Students have four options for sharing their ANGEL ePortfolio publications:

  • Private – only those who know the publication’s web address can see the publication.
  • Allow Individual ePortfolio Users – selected ePortfolio users can find the publication within ePortfolio, including those who know its web address.
  • Public – anyone within ePortfolio can find the publication, including those who know its web address.
  • Email – users can also share publications by email.
ePort Dropbox

ANGEL ePortfolio allows users to specify who can find and share their documents, as well as use password protection.

Finding Options

Users who are looking for others’ publications will be able to find them directly from within ANGEL ePortfolio. Users can find publications shared with them in the following ways:

ePort search
  • Find by Course – a list of users filtered by course enrollment.
  • Find by Name – search for users by name.
  • Shared with Me – only see users who have shared a publication with you.
