World Class Infrastructure

ANGEL Network Operations Center

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, our network site features a secure, monitored facility equipped with video surveillance and infrared intrusion detection systems. Access to the operations center is restricted to a minimal list of authorized personnel who have access to sensitive areas and equipment.

Physical Security

Biometric hand scanners, iris scanners and digital cardkey access provide multiple levels of protection from unauthorized access. In addition, digital cameras record all movement inside or outside the facility.

Uninterruptible Power

To guard against local power failures, our facility has three industrial grade UPS systems. These act as backup batteries, maintaining uninterrupted power in the event of surges or outages. In addition, we also have a 1500KW diesel generator that is capable of keeping our network up and running indefinitely without the need for external power.

24 Hour Network Monitoring

Our operations facility is manned around the clock, where we constantly monitor our internal network and connections to the Internet.

Climate Controls

Air conditioning and air handling services for the datacenter are provided by state of the art HVAC units. These systems maintain constant airflow and precisely controlled temperature and humidity settings.

Fire Detection and Suppression

An advanced microprocessor and interrupt-based communications system detects fires from above as well as below the floor. In addition, the system provides a first alarm response time of less than 3 seconds.

Redundant OC-3 Connectivity

Our network features three OC-3 (155Mbps) connections to UUNet, SBC, and US Signal, as well as BGP routing to instantly re-route traffic in case of an outage. Our private peering relationships provide multiple routing paths for continuous, uninterrupted transport of your data with fewer hops, less packet loss, and fewer delays.

Real Time Monitoring

We monitor our network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to ensure optimal LMS performance.
