System Configuration
Ideal for smaller implementations, the System Configuration service assists an institution with a standard ANGEL setup and configuration. The service provides:

Design and Configuration
Ideal for mid-size and larger implementations, the Design and Configuration service provides an institution with guidance on their design and final ANGEL implementation. The service provides:
- "System roadmap"
- Configuration, maintenance, and tuning recommendations
- ANGEL LMS software installation
- Post-installation analysis
System Review
A System Review provides an institution with a comprehensive evaluation of a system’s ability to meet performance and reliability requirements. The service provides:
- System and application configuration review
- Utilization and capacity analysis
- Automated functional analysis
- Maintenance and tuning review

System Upgrade
A System upgrade assists an institution with the infrastructure process of upgrading a major version of the ANGEL LMS. The service provides:
- System and application configuration review
- Pre-upgrade validation
- Automated post-upgrade validation and assessment
- Up to two web servers
- Post-upgrade validation and assessment
Managed Test Environment
ANGEL's Hosting Services group can also provide both hosted and non-hosted sites a separate hosted instance of ANGEL for custom configuration mock-ups, upgrades, and pre-rollout training sessions. The Managed Test Environment service includes:
- Structure for up to 50 concurrent users
- Database restore prior to the trial run
- Weekly backup (for DR purposes)
- Up to 60 days of access to the expanded data set
- 2 GB SQL storage; 5 GB file storage
